Is that a fact? The vendor who conducts the assessment for an MPS contract can expect an advantage in winning the contract.    

Data from the ongoing Photizo MPS Tracking study indicate that the firm who does the assessment wins the contract 56% of the time. So, while there is a slight advantage, it may not be as significant as you thought.

Is that a fact? Most companies that implement MPS are not satisfied with the results.    

It's been said many times. Companies that implement a Managed Print Services contract aren't satisfied with the results. But Photizo's data from the ongoing MPS Tracking study indicates differently. In fact, of the more than 600 decision makers interviewed for the tracking study in North America and Western Europe, fully 90% are "very satisfied" with the results from their MPS implementation. Furthermore, less that 8% of all respondents have ceased using Managed Print Services agreements, a remarkable 92% retention rate.
